This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and Lakutoto governing your access to and use of our platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include Maybank, CIMB, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit is RM30.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploiting promotional loopholes will result in forfeiture of funds and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lakutoto will not be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lakutoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at https://lakutoto.cam. These Terms govern your access to, registration with, and use of the Lakutoto online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services available thereon.

The personal registered account created by a Player on the Lakutoto platform, used to access games, manage funds, and participate in promotions.
The aggregate of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account, excluding any locked or pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Lakutoto to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
A condition attached to bonus funds specifying the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x).

Any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation, as determined by Lakutoto from time to time.
To register and maintain an Account with Lakutoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Lakutoto platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of this information changes.
Lakutoto operates a mandatory identity verification (KYC) programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, you will be required to submit the following documentation to our compliance team:

The submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent documentation during the registration or KYC process constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Lakutoto reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account, void any pending transactions, and forfeit any funds held therein. In egregious cases, Lakutoto may report the matter to relevant authorities.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Lakutoto strongly recommends that you:
Lakutoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be presumed to have been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified us of suspected unauthorised access in writing.
Lakutoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Deposits made via Malaysian internet banking, e-wallets, and DuitNow/FPX are generally credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.
Lakutoto strictly prohibits deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be voided, the funds returned to the source where practicable, and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Cryptocurrency Exchange Rates: For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent of the deposited amount is calculated at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Lakutoto is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and the time of confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Player's Lakutoto Account.
Withdrawal processing times vary by Account tier and are targets rather than guaranteed deadlines:

Lakutoto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. This may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
Lakutoto reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for potential fraud or terms violations; (c) applicable wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by Lakutoto are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute 10%, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%, and slots contribute 100%.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited and wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Lakutoto maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential Account suspension:
Lakutoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, and to interpret bonus terms in cases of ambiguity. Our decision on bonus-related matters is final.
All bets and wagers placed on the Lakutoto platform are final once confirmed and cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled except where expressly permitted under applicable game rules. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. Lakutoto will not accept claims for refunds based on alleged user error in placing a bet.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may vary by game type, Account tier, and prevailing promotional conditions. Lakutoto reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a platform malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, Lakutoto will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. Where it is not possible to determine the correct outcome of a game round due to technical failure, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. Wins generated during a demonstrable malfunction are void and will not be paid.
In-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other sports are available on the Platform. Live odds update in real time. Bets accepted prior to a change in odds will be honoured at the price at which they were confirmed, provided no error was involved in the original quotation. Lakutoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was clearly erroneous.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Lakutoto.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lakutoto and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Lakutoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money deposited and wagered on the Platform. Lakutoto does not guarantee any particular outcome or return. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
Lakutoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, Lakutoto reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such funds are determined to be proceeds of the breach. Any such decision will be communicated to the Player in writing.
Lakutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they substantively change your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered Account address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
For minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or changes required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations — changes may take effect immediately without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Lakutoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm.
